Yesterday, in the previous post we have covered PDF merge and split freeware. Now I would like to introduce an online based tool that has similar capabilities. The featured site this time is ILovePDF. So, if you don’t want to download and install an offline software in your computer then online based freeware is the perfect solution for you. Moreover it can save your times, it only takes few necessary steps to merge and split PDF files.
Let’s check it out! Here is the front page of ILovePDF.

So simple and neat, at the front page you can navigate to PDF split or PDF merge page. It is absolutely free and there is no registration required.
Merge PDF Files
1. Head to PDF Merge Files’ page (click on the link)
2. Click “Select PDF Files” button
3. Upload PDF files that you want to merge. You can merge up to 10 PDF files and make sure that the maximum size of each single file is not larger than 8MB.

4. Click “MERGE PDF’s” button and wait for few seconds
5. After the merge process is finished you can download the merge’s result. Please note that the download link will be available only in 15 minutes. If the time limit expired the file will be deleted from ILovePDF’s server.
Split PDF Files
1. Navigate to “Split PDF” page
2. Select / upload a PDF file that you want to split. (Note: the file should be not larger than 8MB)
3. On “pages” option you can specify the page ranges (up to 10 different page ranges)

4. Click “SPLIT PDF!” button and please wait for few seconds
5. Once the split process is completed you can download PDF files (packed in .zip archive). The time limit for download is the same as above, 15 minutes! Your files will be deleted from the server immediately after 15 minutes. Don’t have a program to open .zip files? Then download free 7-Zip and use it to open the archive file.
Although ILovePDF has limitations such as file size and number of files but I think it still reliable and very useful. So if you want to merge and split PDF files then give it a try.
